By accessing or using MAMA (the "Service"), provided by OliWoods HQ ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate the beta program, modify pricing, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using MAMA, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

MAMA connects to third-party services (Gmail, Asana, Slack, etc.) on your behalf using credentials you provide. You represent that you have the right to grant MAMA access to those accounts. We are not responsible for third-party service availability, changes to their APIs, or data loss caused by third-party providers.
Your use of third-party integrations is also governed by those services' own terms of service.
All content, software, trademarks, and other materials comprising the Service are owned by OliWoods HQ or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you provide to the Service (emails, documents, instructions). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without express written consent.
MAMA uses AI (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to generate text, summaries, and recommendations. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before acting on it. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content.
The Service is currently offered free during the beta period. When paid tiers launch, we will provide advance notice of pricing and the transition timeline. Paid subscriptions will be billed on a recurring basis; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We do not guarantee any specific level of uptime or service availability, particularly during the beta period. Scheduled maintenance may occur without advance notice. We are not liable for losses caused by service downtime or outages.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL OLIWOODS HQ, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM:
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD if no payments were made.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OliWoods HQ and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may delete your account by contacting us at matt@oliwoods.ai. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we determine you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction therein.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and OliWoods HQ regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
