What we protect

  • BYOLLM and mailbox credentials — encrypted at rest when platform encryption is configured for the deployment
  • Org integration secrets — encrypted when the integration vault is enabled
  • Optional message vault for chat dispatches — off unless operators enable it

What we do not claim

  • Field-level encryption for all project text by default
  • Fabricated marketplace install counts
  • Social login (Google/Apple) until those providers are enabled for the environment — email/password remains the baseline path
  • Invented historical uptime SLAs on the public status page
